Jong-Seon No was working in the Advanced Development Department at Hughes Network Systems, Md, USA from 1988 to 1990 as a senior MTS, where he was engaged in the research and development of algorithms and hardware implementations for error correcting codes and wireless communication systems. He was with Department of Electronic Engineering, Konkuk University, from September 1990 to August 1999. In 1999, he joined the School of Electrical Engineering, Seoul National University, where he is currently an Professor. His current research interests are in the area of sequences, signal design, and error correcting codes.
